What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Is my credit card information secure on your website?

Yes. All payments on our website are processed through a secure server. Your personal and payment details are kept safe.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please refer to the section Order Fulfillment Time in our Shipping Policy.

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

If you have just placed your order and would like to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@francescasstudioworks.com. Fulfillment times are very short for stock items. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not been already picked and packed.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No.

How do I process a return?

Please refer to our Terms of Sale for eligibility, requirements, and instructions.

Can I combine discount codes?

No. You can only redeem one discount code per order, excluding any bulk discounts applied to diamond drill orders. You will still receive bulk discounts on diamond drills even if you redeem a coupon code for other items.

What do I do if I am having trouble placing an order?

We are here to help. We ask that you first try placing your order on a different browser (Google Chrome. MS Edge, etc.) and/or with a different device (PC, iPad, Android phone, etc.). If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to our support team at support@francescasstudioworks.com with a description of your issue and any supporting photos/screenshots. We will try to help you with the issue.

Why am I unable to see your diamond paintings on your website?

We currently only sell diamond paintings within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., you will not be able to see our diamond painting offerings yet.
