Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment Time

We strive to fulfill all in-stock orders within 48 business hours of receiving them. Most U.S. customers in the contiguous 48 states will receive their orders within 4 to 7 business days from order receipt. Order fulfillment may take longer on occasions when we are experiencing high volume orders.

For custom products, please refer to the custom product description for specific order fulfillment time.

Packaging

Your order may come in separate packages, particularly if you have ordered different types of items such as diamond drills and diamond paintings. This optimizes delivery times as well as packaging and shipping costs. When multiple packages are shipped to you, you may receive your items at different times.

Orders ship from greater Detroit, MI (USA).

Shipping Carriers

Our shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. The shipping carrier used will depend on what the order is and where it ships to (ship-to location).

Order Tracking

Most orders, except very small ones, will come with shipment tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Click on “View My Order” to view your tracking information.

Shipping Fees

At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are added to your order at check-out. We strive to send your order the most cost-effective way possible. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Ship-To Locations

Currently, we sell all products within the United States and offer limited products in Canada and Australia. We hope to ship to more international locations in the very near future.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Brokerage Fees, Customs Duties & Import Taxes/Tarrifs

For international sales; i.e., outside of the U.S.A., all brokerage fees, customs duties, import taxes and tariffs, and similarly related fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Stolen Items at Ship-To Locations

If you have not received a package that has been marked as delivered by the shipment carrier, we cannot issue a replacement or a refund as we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments at your location (ship-to location).

Orders Delayed in Transit

If your order gets delayed in transit and there is no movement after 10 business days from shipment, we will offer you a replacement or refund.
