Everything we do here at Francesca’s Studio Works (which we may refer to as “Francesca’s Studio Works”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is done with meticulous care. We want you to have an unparalleled experience when choosing and working with our products.

Warranted Products and Length of Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our diamond painting kits, custom blank canvases, bulk diamond drills and Bling Packs™ (“Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).  Such defects may include torn canvases, adhesive issues, missing diamond drills, and missing or damaged toolkit contents.

We extend this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the Product (“you”). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Product. 

Warranty Remedies

If a defect in a Product arises during the Warranty Period, we, at our option, will: (i) send you a replacement item(s) or Product, or (ii) refund you the original purchase price of the Product, including shipping fees.

Notice of Warranty Claim

Should you discover a defect(s) in a Product, please complete a Return Request in its entirety at https://francescasstudioworks.com/pages/return-request. In the “Reason” section of the form, please note that you are making a Warranty Claim. You will receive a reply email with a request for one or more photos of the defect and additional information or instruction as we work together to resolve the matter.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty excludes damages due to: (i) improper usage or storage, (ii) failure to follow Product instructions or perform preventative maintenance, (iii) unauthorized repairs or unauthorized Product modifications, such as sealing a diamond kit, or (iv) external causes, such as accidents, abuse, misuse, theft, third-party negligence, Acts of God, or other events or causes outside our reasonable control.

Products not covered by our limited warranty include accessories and other add-on items not specifically mentioned in this Limited Warranty Policy.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability

We limit the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of the express limited Warranty Period stated above. Some states do not allow the limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Our remedies for defective Products are limited to replacement or refund as described above in this Limited Warranty Policy and those remedies are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective Product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
