Terms of Sale

Last Revised and Effective Date: November 27, 2023

Stock products you purchase may be returned within 30 days from receipt of order provided they are unopened, unused and in resalable condition (shrink wrap and product boxes unopened, intact and in perfect condition; unused product(s), etc.). Custom products cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund. This includes all cross-stitch conversion diamond drill orders.

Order Cancellations:

If you placed an order you would like to cancel, please email us immediately. If your order has not begun to process we will do our best to cancel the order deducting any unrecoverable credit card/processing fees; however, most orders begin to process almost immediately after order placement and cannot be cancelled. You would be required to initiate a Return once you have received your product(s).

Initiating a Return:

Complete a Return Request at https://francescasstudioworks.com/pages/return-request in its entirety and submit within 30 days of receipt of your order. You will receive a reply email with a return address for you to ship the return product(s) to.

Return Shipping and Fees:

You are responsible for shipping the returned product(s) to the return address provided at your cost and within 14 days of receiving a Return Request reply email. We do not provide pre-paid shipping return labels.

Inspection:

Returned products will be inspected and assessed for resale condition. We reserve the right to assess the returned product(s) as unfit for resale and deny an exchange. You are responsible for any damage incurred in transit to us or for unreceived return product(s). We strongly recommend you purchase logistics tracking for your return shipment.

Refund:

If your return is accepted, your refund (purchase price excluding any shipping, unrecoverable credit card/processing fees, and/or restocking fees) will be issued to your original method of purchase, typically within 5 business days after receiving and inspection. Please understand that banks may take longer to issue the funds to you.

Events Outside Our Control:

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation supply chain shortages, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms: (1) We will provide notice to you as soon as reasonably possible; and (2) our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended during the time needed for resolution of the Event Outside Our Control.

Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of a product to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.  You may cancel the order if an Event Outside Our Control takes place and you no longer wish us to provide the products.
